BISCUIT PRODUCTION LINE

In the Hard Biscuit production process, the dough is shaped into a flat sheet format by measuring rollers. The dough shaping is done by cutting the flattened dough with a rotary cutter. The remaining dough is fed back to the head of the production line by some conveyors. The rotary cutter is attached to the Rotary Moulding Machine.

With the same process, it is possible to produce Soft Biscuits by just changing the mould.
